Summer Running Program
All athletes MUST complete at least a 50 mile summer running plan to be on the Karrer Cross Country Team! NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Run 50 miles over the summer and receive a "50 Mile Club" logo on the sleeve of your team shirt!
- Run 100 miles over the summer and receive a "100 Mile Club" logo on the sleeve of your team shirt!
- All athletes should fill out the log throughout the summer and have each week initialed by a parent.
- The "Couch to 5K" program is for those new to running, or those who cannot run a mile without walking.
- The "Novice/Veteran" program is for those who can run at least a mile without walking.
